was once a good working partner...good frenz...

went to somewhere before goin for dinner
todae saw mr nice again!!!
i was helping the kids to count their score...
then then...he came...
he came over and help mi take the target thingy away from mi...make my work faster and lighten my workload...heex

he help mi add up the kids score!!

sound weird...coz i dun wan to expose him so much in the blog..

then 老大 drive mi to back to get my stuff...coz i left my stuff in his office...he was on another vehicle behind us...coz Mr Nice need to pack up the place...
coz needa wait for my 老大 to help mi settle my thing...but 老大 got to settle his thing first!!! my thing actually veri fast settle de...at first is i wait for Mr nice de...coz he going off from work soon...but 老大 lar!!! so slow...
in the end Mr Nice has to wait for mi!!! coz must wait for my 老大 to settle my thing then i can go off for dinner...so so so...Mr Nice wait for mi till quite late...heex...thanks Mr Nice!
then sit my 老大 de car go out...老大 drive us to somewhere...coz he wan to buy his thing..then left Mr nice and me on the car..i was at the front seat..then he was behind mi...he help mi massage!!! heex...is xinfu de lor...
then then then...coz i'm wearing heel...then i carry my stupid lappy...my legs hurt like hell? haha..
then he dun let mi carry my laptop (he dunno my lef pain lar)!!! he sae he wan to help mi carry...

had a bad dream last night! veri bad one..
is either sad or scary i think!
i dunno y i cried so badly in my dream last night!!!
there was different scenenario...
first one...
there was 'ghost' in my room!!! kind of scary! ha!
second one...
i was like with him...
then he told mi he meeting his girlfrenz..
then i was like asking him why he still meet mi...
haix...
i dun wanna say liao..
it's hurt so much!!!
but toward the ending of the dream,
it is not as true as it was in real life!!!!

Chapter 7.6

Memories and memories...
good and bad...
but all are sweet ones...

CII not easy to be...
preparation started from March...
March till ytd....where AAR conclude everything for the 72nd CIBTC!
March, April, May, June...minus away AAR, is 4 MONTHS!
1 week there is 7 days, in the 7days, i may be seen in the HTA for straight 7 days sometime..
if not,..at least once a week!
haha....4months....i think i wasted alot of money...whenever i go HTA, is all about cab!
but is worth it!

2month of instructor prepartion course...2 month of couse
within 4months....strong bonding is build up in the committee...
from training till present ourselves in front of the trainee...
HA!
full of memories...
is hard to imagine, for the first 2mths, is all about lesson plan, MOI, soft skill, mentoring...
haa! for those who experience it, u will noe..it hell lot of commitment for a CI course..
is all about determination u have...how u goin to motivate yourself..how you motivate and pull other ppl along with you!
=)

u might be a CI...but u might not have the chance to experience all this thing..
in the CII committee...you can see how ppl improved...how u help other ppl to imprved and how u see yourself improve...
is all part of growing process...
u might not experinece this in school or even in the society..

in this committee...
everyone is important in the group..
everyone play a part in the committee...
is juz like a big family!

after IPC, when is time to meet the trainee...
hmm..is the time where ur knowledge have to pass down to them...
is the time whereby u teaches the values to the trainee

last post was my 50th entry...
area ATC finally done!
now have to move on to course AAR...and finally is done for that too!
ytd was a last gathering for area
then this sat is a last gathering for course!
going back to unit and area? hmm
now have to reconsider again...
going back to HQ!!!!
would be a straight yes!
haha...
i noe i may sound bad...
but is my future..
is my happiness!
is my soul!

Alright Alright....

i have not been maintaining my blog...
was really busy for the past 2 months..
have lot of camps...
be it unit camp, npcc camp or outside camp
hmm..after all, i hope my knowledge can be pass to everyone...

course have ended...
hmm...lot and lot of feeling...
feeling was kind of mixed...
haa!
dunno how to explain...

area atc has ended too..
was quite disappointed with my overall performance...
be it my own preformance or as a whole..
i fail to do what i can...
i'm totally disgusted by my action...
i'm totally disgusted by my own area ppl...
they sucked like hell...
example: you have something and you are doing your duty..
well...
i believe the sentence i juz made was quite general...
so wat you are senior to mi!
you did not gain any of my respect...
PUKE!

i love working in CII committee...
is a place where i know i can truly grow...
is a place i can learn as much as i can in there...
is a place i know my passion is still burning when i'm there...
is a place i met a group a ppl who truly work for np becoz of passion and not becoz of wanted to get benefit in the end...
is a place i meet people sharing the same interest...


well...not everyone get to know this feeling..
so i really treasured it, although there were lot of stepback in between..
but i manage to overcome it...
