Memories and memories...
good and bad...
but all are sweet ones...

CII not easy to be...
preparation started from March...
March till ytd....where AAR conclude everything for the 72nd CIBTC!
March, April, May, June...minus away AAR, is 4 MONTHS!
1 week there is 7 days, in the 7days, i may be seen in the HTA for straight 7 days sometime..
if not,..at least once a week!
haha....4months....i think i wasted alot of money...whenever i go HTA, is all about cab!
but is worth it!

2month of instructor prepartion course...2 month of couse
within 4months....strong bonding is build up in the committee...
from training till present ourselves in front of the trainee...
HA!
full of memories...
is hard to imagine, for the first 2mths, is all about lesson plan, MOI, soft skill, mentoring...
haa! for those who experience it, u will noe..it hell lot of commitment for a CI course..
is all about determination u have...how u goin to motivate yourself..how you motivate and pull other ppl along with you!
=)

u might be a CI...but u might not have the chance to experience all this thing..
in the CII committee...you can see how ppl improved...how u help other ppl to imprved and how u see yourself improve...
is all part of growing process...
u might not experinece this in school or even in the society..

in this committee...
everyone is important in the group..
everyone play a part in the committee...
is juz like a big family!

after IPC, when is time to meet the trainee...
hmm..is the time where ur knowledge have to pass down to them...
is the time whereby u teaches the values to the trainee
