oh! my dajie dreamt about her in service marketing class!

her lecturer ask her to explain what is service marketing and she flipped thru the txtbook, unable to find the answer, and come up with her own explanation!

the lecturer then say her answer is CRAP!

haha! funny thing why is she dreaming of service marketing when i am the one taking the exam on thurs?
